At Ocean blue, I want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, I know you may want to return items.
I’ll gladly accept returns for all products purchased from oceanbluebeautytherapy.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact me as soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by myself before returning.
Please contact me within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
• Contact me on either my contact page or email [email protected] with a picture of your order and clearly showing the items in your possession. I will not accept images from my website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Ocean blue order with your original packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
• I will be in contact within 3-5 working days with instructions for returns.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. Ocean blue does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
• If a collection is needed these are within the 9am-5pm Monday to Friday time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available and present for the collection to take place.
