Electrolysis
Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a method of permanently removing individual hairs from the face or body. The process involves the insertion of a fine probe into the hair follicle to the hair root, where a mild current is used to cauterise the hair root and the hair can be removed with tweezers.
Hair growth is generally a result of different factors, such as imbalanced hormones, stress, use of drugs or medication and genetics can stimulate hair growth.
Electrolysis can be performed on areas of the face and body where superfluous hair becomes a problem.
A number of sessions will be required for hairs to permanently removed. This can vary from person to person and at your initial consultation we will be able to discuss these important factors and the frequency of your treatments.
