There are many variations of massage therapy which provide endless benefits for the mind and body. Massage can help to improve your mood, & especially any feelings of daily anxiety & stress. A regular massage has shown to relieve chronic pain & tension, improves sleep and boost circulation. 

Ocean blue offers different types of massage therapy to accommodate your needs and below are the treatments I provide in the salon for you to relax and unwind. A regular treatment every 4-6 weeks is recommended for relaxation, However, if you have a specific concern that may need extra attention, we may take a different approach.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a relaxing form of massage to help relieve tension and strain within the whole body. Unwind & melt away any stress with different techniques on the muscles, applying a light to firm pressure.

If you prefer a Firm massage, then you may decide the Deep Tissue Massage will be more suitable. Releasing aches & pains in the deeper layers of the muscles using slow strokes & deep finger pressure.

Purifying Back Treatment

A treatment designed specifically for the back area. This area should not be forgotten about for a deep Cleanse and exfoliation for smooth silky skin. Unwind the body and mind with a back, neck and shoulder massage, to relieve any unwanted tension. Followed by a mask and additional hand massage to compliment the treatment.

Lava Shells
