What payment methods can I use?
You can pay online using any of the following card types:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Stripe
What is Stripe?
Stripe allows us to securely take payments over the internet
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.
• Stripe.js is served only over TLS
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection
We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Can I buy securely online at Ocean blue?
Your security and privacy while buying online with Ocean blue is our priority. We’re committed to ensuring your online buying experience is extremely safe and secure every time.
Your browser will be in secure mode from the moment you register, sign in or use the checkout, so any personal or payment details will always be secure.
You can double check your browser is in secure mode by looking for the following information:
• Internet Explorer – Look for the padlock icon at the bottom-right of your browser window
• Mozilla Firefox – Look for the padlock and ‘https://’ in your address bar
• Google Chrome – Look for the padlock and ‘https://’ in your address bar
Some websites have a green padlock followed by ‘https://’.
oceanbluebeautytherapy.co.uk only accepts order placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL technology prevents you from revealing personal information using an insecure connection.
During payment, as an additional security check we ask for your card signature code (the 3 digit number on the back of your card) and a postcode.
Your card details will not be stored by Ocean blue. You can also save your credit card details in the ‘checkout’ page. This is done on your own computer in the form or a ‘cookie’. You can find out more about cookies here.
Your payment information is not accessible to anyone at Ocean blue.
How do I keep my personal details safe?
Always close down your internet browser when you’ve finished buying online, especially if you use a shared computer or tablet.
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Ocean blue and it includes a request for financial information, do not click any links or open any attached documents. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Ocean blue, please get in touch with us ASAP.
We will NEVER ask for your personal PASSWORD. Never reveal your PASSWORD to anyone in person or online.
How does my browser protect me and my personal and private data?
Most browsers support ‘secure mode’, but you can also configure your web browser to let you know whenever your details are being sent by a method that isn’t secure.
Internet Explorer. Select View, Options, and then click the Security tab. Check all warning boxes are ticked.
Mozilla Firefox. Select Tools, Options, and then click the Security tab. Click settings in the warning messages section and check all warning boxes are ticked.
Google Chrome allows you to check a site’s connection and check the site is trusted by clicking the lock symbol in the address bar.
Delivery FAQs
How much do you charge for delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £5.00 or FREE if your order is over £15. Gift vouchers are exempt from delivery charges.
Next day delivery POA if order placed before 12:00. Please contact me on my contact page.
What are your cut-off times for dispatching deliveries?
I aim to dispatch your order within 12 – 24 hours, if you place the order before 5pm.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You will be sent a tracking number via email.
All orders will be sent via a tracking service to ensure maximum safety and care.
How are the products packaged?
I make sure your order is packed with bubble wrap packaging to provide the necessary care when in transit.
These are also plain coloured so if it is a gift, there is nothing to give it away!
I haven’t received my delivery, what should I do?
Please check your tracking service. If required, get in contact with us and our team will contact the courier for you.
Returns FAQs
Can I return my item?

Can I cancel or amend my order/delivery?
It is only possible to cancel or amend an order that has not already been dispatched.
If you can get in touch before your order is dispatched, you may amend your delivery.
Please NOTE: I cannot guarantee for a specific time of when your order will be dispatched if amended, but will make every effort to adhere to the original timescales.
I haven’t received my refund?
Refunds are issued as soon as we confirm your cancellation/refund request.
After we have issued the refund, this can take up to 5-7 working days for the banks to process.
Other FAQs
With each order containing full-size products you will be able to pick your favourite sample within a choice of selected ones.
Once we receive your order, we’ll offer a selection of samples for you to choose your preferred option. We will then add a sample to your order completely free of charge.

Can I order a single product?
Yes of course, however there will be a delivery charge as above.
Is there a minmum order quantity or value?
No, however there is a delivery charge on all small orders, as above.
